Home, Hope, and Healing is looking for RN, LPNs, Personal Support Specialists , and Certified Nursing Assistants to help meet the medical needs of our clients.
Home, Hope, and Healing has a State-approved Preceptor Program available for RNs who have had less than a year of experience and also have a waiver for LPNs with less than a year’s experience. Education and support continues long after you have reached your year’s goal. We pride ourselves in supporting our caregivers and promoting education.

Full-time employees (30-40 hours weekly) are eligible for the following (in addition to the above-listed benefits):
- Health Insurance with a generous employer contribution towards the premium for employees and their dependents on the plan, and $2,000 employer contribution towards the deductible (HRA – Health Reimbursement Arrangement); HSA (Health Savings Account) available for those on the high-deductible plan

Hire requirements: HHH follows strict guidelines to ensure a high standard of care by having staff meet the following requirements:
- Valid professional licensure or certification check
- Criminal background check
- DMV record check
- Employment Eligibility and Identity Verification/I-9 background check
- DHHS check in addition to other background checks as applicable
- All staff attend a comprehensive general orientation and must pass orientation exams
- Clinical staff must meet the competencies on the client-specific orientation checklist once placed in a client home
