We staff and provide services statewide! While our central office is located in Smithfield, we have clients throughout the state.
What positions do you hire?
We hire RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and PSSs. For our behavioral health division, we hire BHPs.

What geographic area does your behavioral health division serve?
Currently, we are providing Section 28 RCS services and Children’s Targeted Case Management services within Kennebec, Somerset, and Franklin Counties. We are growing and will be expanding into other counties.
What can I expect from my Section 28 Services?
A client/family will be matched with a direct care support staff who will provide 1:1 in-home skill building supports. This service can be completed both in the home and community. Weekly hours are based on client need, family availability and staff availability. All direct care staff are managed by a direct supervisor who is required to provided bi-weekly in-person support for the direct care staff.
What can I expect from my children’s Case Manager?
Resource and referral management, advocacy, support, and monitoring are the main focus of our Children’s Targeted Case Management services. Case managers will meet with the client/family at least 2x/month to adequately build rapport and support appropriate treatment plan development.
Why can’t my child’s CSW take them to the movies or go swimming?
We work within our scope of practice and follow the State of Maine MaineCare guidelines. We pride ourself in providing the utmost professional and appropriate level or care and support for the clients/families we are working with.
